Slims Pork Chop has revealed that it will be staging monthly BBQ Louisiana Cray Fish Boil nights every last Thursday of the month starting later this month.
The menu which includes soft shell crab, fried chicken, cray fish, sweet potato fries & grilled corn received rave reviews when the Seel Street venue trialled the idea earlier in the summer.
Co-owner Matt Farrell said: “In expanding our menus to showcase our BBQ Club’s Louisiana Cray Fish boil on a monthly basis, this is just another highlight in the ongoing evolution of the business.”
Servings begin from 8pm with guests joining the fun also able to opt from the regular menu too. BBQ Club Louisiana Crayfish Boil is just £25, with booking strongly recommended as the nights will operate on a first come first served basis.
